Performances - Our 90th Season
The Players' Guild of Leonia produces four public productions per season, plus a series of special events, at the Civil War Drill Hall Theatre in Leonia, New Jersey, a 110-seat, wheelchair-accessible historic landmark.
Musicals, comedies, classic and contemporary drama, children's theatre, workshops and a playwrights' showcase.
Join us for the performances and special events of our 90th season. Doors open thirty minutes before show time. Open seating.
Events and performances are held at the Civil War Drill Hall Theatre, 130 Grand Avenue, Leonia, New Jersey 07605. Follow directions by car and bus. Evening parking at Leonia Municipal Pool, one block north.

THE PLAYWRIGHTS SHOWCASE
A Players' Guild exclusive - new plays written by local playwrights for theater lovers of all ages. This year the showcase features plays written by the following local authors:
JENNY by Robert Daria, directed by Linda Wielkotz. The effects of modern technology on three women. Featuring Joan Froehlich, Anita Brennan and Christine Remus WHEN YOU'RE NOT LOOKING by Omar Kozarsky, directed by Claudia MacDermott. Even with his friend's support, will Tony ever find the love he's been looking for? Featuring Nick Pascarella, Filipe Valente, Jill Haas and Sumona Roy BLAKAWAWA by Blair Birmelin, directed by Cathy Bissell. A crazy political farce that suggests--only in fun, mind you--that we in America haven't a clue who's dropping bombs on whom (???) Featuring Ron Rosario, Jeff Dupree and Tom Bissell SUNDAY BEST by Kathleen Clark, directed by Helene Marshall. Morning, along with everything else, is broken as members of a small church strive to save long standing traditions. Featuring Rowena Wangenheim, Linda Taub and David Knoller HAVE A NICE DAY by Lois Raff Corwin, directed by Angela Cozzi. What is the meaning and value of art and who are the artists who create it?? Featuring Michael Telposky and Karen Altman
